Click on a client to ‘Drill down’ to a detailed aging for the client showing the individual invoice balances outstanding.

Click on the ‘History’ hyperlink to load a page listing the history of invoices and receipts for the client. You can click on an invoice or receipt listed to open the detail page for the transaction. Again, there are various filter options available on this page

Click on a supplier to ‘Drill down’ to a detailed aging for the supplier showing the individual invoice balances outstanding.

Click on the ‘History’ hyperlink to load a page listing the history of invoices and payments for the supplier.  You can click on an invoice or payment listed to open the detail page for the transaction. Again, there are various filter options available on this page

My Offices filter

This function enables you to set a filter so that your session only includes data for one or more selected offices.

For example, let’s say you want to run a series of reports just for London Office, or you want to see all of your dashboard graphs displaying only data for London – click the link ‘My Offices’ – select just London office and save.

The filter will be retained until you log back into AccountAbility, or you can remove it by clicking ‘My Offices’ ad re-selecting all offices

Internet Banking File creation – Approve & Present Options

On the final page of the Internet Banking File Creation wizard (the page where you click ‘create file’ to generate the file for uploading to your bank – there are two new options:

                1)       Mark Payments is Presented – if you leave this ticked/checked – the payments included in the file will be automatically marked as ‘Approved’ in AccountAbility when you click ‘Create File’  – saving you from having to do this is an extra step

                2)       Enter Bank Reconciliation Presented Date- enter a date here to assign the payments included in the file as ‘Presented’ in the AccountAbility Bank Reconciliation on that date – again this is designed to save you from having to do this is an extra step
