AccountAbility will work with your computer's default email program to compose an email and forward a link to an estimate.

1.  As soon as you have created a new estimate, you can create an email and send a link to the estimate to your client for approval, or any other recipients you choose, by clicking the Email hyperlink at the top of the screen.  If you have previously created an estimate, but want to send an email at a later date, select  the "Production" menu, then "Search Estimates" and selecting the corresponding job number for the estimate.  Once the estimates for the job have displayed, click on the Job No. field for the correct Estimate Version number to open the Estimate screen.  Then click the Email hyperlink at the top of the screen and an email will be created in your default email program with a web link to the estimate.

2.  The subject line will default to "Production Estimate" and the recipient will default to the Estimate Contact's email address, assuming one was entered on the contact screen.

3.  Make any changes to the email and send as you normally do.
