Contacts

Contacts can be setup for Clients or Suppliers.


Client Contacts will allow you to enter detailed contact information for reference or that can be used to designate the correct contact to use to estimates and invoices.

Supplier Contacts will allow you to enter detailed contact information for reference or that can be used to designate the correct contact to use for purchase orders or payments.


Entering an email address for a contact will allow you to take advantage of AccountAbility's emailing capabilities for sending estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
