The "Search Receipts" function can be used to find receipts using multiple search criteria. You can then export, email, or preview postings from your selected items.
To Search Receipts:
1. From the "Accounting" menu, select "Receivables" then "Receipts" and "Search Receipts" to go to the "Receipts Browse" screen.
2. Change the selection criteria to filter the receipt list and find the desired receipt(s).
3. You can review the receipt details by clicking on the Receipt No.
4. You can also use the or commands to approve or unapprove receipts and the to delete an unapproved receipts. You just need to click the box the the left of each receipt and click the corresponding button.
