AccountAbility will work with your computer's default email program to compose an email and forward a link to a sundry invoice.

1. From the "Accounting" menu, select "Receivables" then "Sundry Invoices" then "Search Sundry Invoices" to open the Sundry Invoice Browse screen and display a list of sundry invoices.  Filter the list using the available search criteria and select the sundry invoice you would like email by clicking the box to the left of the invoice number.

2.  Click the Email hyperlink at the top of the screen and an email will be created in your default email program with a web link to the invoice.

3.  The subject line will default to "Invoice" and the recipient will default to the Client Contact's email address,

4.  Make any changes to the email and send as you normally do.

Note:  You must have an email address entered for the Client Contact you are using to use the email feature.
